"The hotel is spacious and very clean. The buffet was ok but not worth the price. We found great food at the a la carte restaurant fir half the price. The pool is excellent for lap swimmers. At night occasionally elephants come to the pool and other animals. Lots and lots of monkeys but they did not bother us at all. "

The property manager was a very friendly and interesting man and very helpful along with the other staff members and the rooms were incredibly spacious with a great view of the ocean! My only recommendations to the owners would be to really play up the view of the rooms and make sure the blinds are up and windows facing the ocean are freshly cleaned. "We enjoyed our stay at Cinnamon Wild Yala. We did the stargazing with Kasun. We saw the moon and Saturn and enjoyed the view and the discussion with Kasun. Glad we did this activity! We also went on a nature walk with Gayan Gamage on the 16th of october 2024, and it was absolutely amazing. He was super friendly and knew a lot about the nature and the tracking of the animals. It was very interesting, and we saw a lot of the local animals. We hightly recommend this to anyone who likes the nature...
