"Upon check-in, the linen looks crumpled and blood-like stains were visible at the bottom of the duvet. Requested room move but linen change was offered. I was unhappy but had to accept because it was 2.30am and I felt tired."

"Heard a crash, it was the AC coming through the ceiling…power outage at 9pm for a good 30 minutes. Hotel overall is in poor shape. This is the “best” in town.
