The room lacked finishing touches like colourful cushions as shown in the lobby photo which left a very austere atmosphere in the room. It was comfortable enough. It’s built on a steep hillside so be prepared to have a good workout for the thighs coming and going to the restaurant and reception areas if you wish to walk; gold cart transport service is available if you prefer. "I had very bad experience with the check inn, I have been allotted a downgraded room and they did not even bother to apologise. I demanded a compensation but they thought iam begging, so sad. I paid full room rent with extra bed with Expedia but it did not reflect there Had a tough time But the property is really amazing. I wish I could have been tested better"

Little things though, like the in room safe that didn't work, tv channels were not available and worst of all, a hotel driver hired to take us to the train station for an early morning train who didn't seem to know the way and didn't speak enough English to understand the instructions on GPS - took away from an otherwise positive experience."
