"Horrible customer service. Requested a non-smoking room and arrived not just to a room that had been smoked in but one that reeked of overpowering cigarette smoke even after we opened windows and doors for some time. Inquired by app and the management stated sorry that a heavy smoker had been there previously against their policy but that was it. No way to clean and deodorize during my stay and they rudely declined to refund or offer anything for the inconvenience. Forced to stay elsewhere....

"Hotel was clean and modern apart from the bathroom look like it was from the 90s the shower bracket was soo close to the wall had to take it off and hold it with your hand that is the only bad thing about the rooms great location for the beach and getting into Athens city centre was very easy the bus stop and tram 1 minutes walk too about 45 minutes the staff very helpful and spoke good English"

"We stayed here as a family for an overnight stay before flying out the next morning. We were welcomed extremely well by the manager and received a room upgrade, which was very pleasant. We didn’t have much time at the hotel, but noticed that it was spread across a large area. Elevators were an issue, old, slow, and small. The pool and beach looked beautiful. Breakfast was generous in selection, but low in quality. The distance from the airport was about 20-25 minutes, convenient with a car. Not much to do around the hotel but the hotel itself. For solo travelers, I recommend this place for a 24-48 hour stay before flying out. If it’s for a longer stay, I believe that there are better options. For families, this hotel is fine and offers many options for the kids."
