"This was a horrible booking. The ac doesn’t work at all. There is no microwave or iron in the rooms. Bugs swarm around the room all day and night. It is NOT a four star hotel. "

"The staff were amazing and the facilities were great. We had an upgrade to the presidential suite, which was really nice of them. The restaurant options were not great, but the food was tasty."
"Convenient location, walking distance to tour bus stops, metro train is just right outside the hotel. Customer service is excellent! We forgot our tour ticket , the front desk staff immediately e mailed us our tickets right away. We appreciated all the information they provided . Housekeeper did a great job in cleaning our room."

"Beautiful, spacious, clean room. Bed was very comfortable and good pillows.
Bathroom has no door for privacy however toilet and shower have frosted glass doors.
The parking is under the hotel and the swirly drive below can seem tight but it is fine, well lit and safe.
My second time staying at this hotel and would definitely return.
The area is a office working area with big glass buildings. At night, there is not many people around.
Walking distance there is a great gelato place "La Romanina" and for dinner "Nero Lab" modern with a variety of food from burgers, pasta and pizza. Delicious!!"
