"Despite the hotel’s favorable reviews, my experience didn’t quite match the expectations. Key services such as room service and valet were unavailable, the slot machines felt cramped, and the overall demeanor of the staff was noticeably downbeat. The policy against bringing outside beverages into the room was also a surprise. For the $1,000 spent, I felt the value simply wasn’t there—not even a warm welcome to soften the stay. In my view, it rates under two stars."
"I was pleasantly surprised by how charming and roomy the space was. The host was super friendly and even helped us unload when we arrived. Everything I needed was there and easy to find, although we did need to purchase our own coffee. My daughter and granddaughter live nearby and stopped in to visit - my 4 y.o. granddaughter was absolutely smitten with the bunk beds in the little kids room (giant walk-in closet) and asked if she can stay there with me next time. :)
