"Nice ambience and location next to Palio is just great for the price paid. For a short stay, hotel is fairly clean and comfortable but the service there is almost none due to staff inability to communicate in English. Not recommended for the disabled and elderly as there are no elevators."

"I recently booked the "Suite Two Twins Room," which was described as suitable for 3 people. However, upon check-in, we were informed that we needed to pay an additional 1000 baht for a cot, because of three of us in the room. This seemed overpriced, and we ultimately didn't need the cot.
Additionally, the hotel restaurant's food was expensive, and the portions were quite small. While there was a happy hour with a "buy one, get one free" certain alcoholic drink offer, it seemed to only apply to...
