Perfect harmony.

I stayed here for a week and I was ready to come home after it usually I want to stay longer, main reason being there was nothing to do on the night time no where to go and if there was there where to many banks and the foot paths where non existent, the water pressure in the bathroom was not very good either, the staff where very helpful, I would like to say a big thank you to oz who spoke good English and was part of the entertainment team who made sure I was involved when we were playing volleyball because I was the only English person there and every body else was french, there wasn't many English people at the resort actually so everything seemed to cater for the french, The food wasn't bad but could do with a decent toaster in restaurant so you can do toast for breakfast

Good but with limitations

A nice hotel, with good service and a great spa team. However, the value of the all-inclusive is quite low, with everything stopping at 11pm and only very cheap and nasty versions of alcoholic drinks available unless you pay extra. Seems to mostly cater to French guests, with very little in Spanish or English.

A Very good, refurbished Hotel

A relatively recently refurbished Hotel, which is clean and has a fantastic upgrade package (MFC), the staff are all friendly and received some great service from Reception, when needed. The beach is a short but steep (coming back) walk with a very uneven terrain - not for those with mobility problems - but fine for the able-bodied. The buffet rest. varied from standard fare to excellent depending on the theme but there was always something to eat, unfortunately it was quite often not hot enough, and the orange juice is watered down, these were my only, slight, negatives i had. Would we stay again? Oh yes but only with the upgrade package.

We stayed for 5 nights as a British-American couple. Pros: The location is great for sun The view of he coast and local area is stunning There are 3 outdoor pools and an indoor pool and spa Food is pretty good and truly unlimited Drinks are mostly unlimited and not bad Hotel is clean Housekeeping is good Day entertainment is good -ping pong, aqua Zumba Cons: Service is inconsistent and rude at times Reception lied about the Turkish bath Ants in the room Literally a french resort, only speak french Can't have coffee past breakfast No water in the rooms and no water available outside of mealtime, you can purchase at the bar Small hidden costs -towels, safe, some drinks Pool bar snacks - just leftover lunch Don't enforce adults only time, kids everywhere Night entertainment is cringe No actual bartenders Not enough sunbeds

The hotel itself is stunning, and the animation team work tirelessly, keeping guests engaged. The hotel charge you a daily rate to use the safe in the room, and a deposit for pool towels, which everytime you change for clean ones you have to pay an additional charge which is non refundable. Our towels got taken(stolen) and we had no receipt so lost our deposit only to be told by staff we should keep towels with us at all times. All inclusive bar stops free drinks at 11pm. Non of the above is stated when booking, you are not told to keep receipts with you for towels to be refunded at end of stay. no guest would want to steal our dirty towels, I believe they remove them, so people lose there deposits. No water provided in rooms either.

Nuestra estancia ha sido 8 días en el hotel muy agradables pero tenemos varios puntos que comentar a modo critica constructiva para mejorar bajo nuestro punto de vista y experiencia. - Los horarios de las comidas y cenas están bastante dirigidas al publico extranjero, y condiciona mucho a la hora de hacer cualquier tipo de excursión o salida ya que si no llegas lo pierdes, y obviamente lo has pagado. - Que no te den un picnic para la gente que tenga todo incluido, ya que si quieres pasar el día fuera o tienes alguna excursión no te dan nada, es verdad que tienes de 10:30 a 18 un buffee mas pequeño abierto pero me parece un poco mal llevarte eso envuelto en papel y guardártelo. - Todo esta enfocado al público extranjero, sobre todo el francés, cuando estamos en España, sabemos que al final los extranjeros se apuntan a un bombardeo pero los españoles nos sentimos un poco desubicados cuando por ejemplo en un espectáculo por la noche llamado la Dance Party las canciones son en frances y no hay ninguna española y el repertorio es bastante escaso y por lo menos gracias a Sara y Sifa nos hemos sentido incluidas porque entiendo que los monitores no sepan nuestro idioma pero es que yo tampoco el suyo y al menos digo hola y adiós, porque en ningún momento el equipo francés de animación ni se dirige a ti si eres española o hacen un esfuerzo. - El socorrista apenas se le veía. - Estaría bien que a los recepcionistas ya que no son de la isla de Fuerteventura tuvieran nociones de que ver

Emplacement super près d'une plage magnifique, même si peut être un peu sportif pour certains. Piscine extérieure fraiche mais vivifiante! Piscine intérieure agreable avec jacuzzi, sauna et hammam.
