"Staff very welcoming and helpful. Room clean and had all modern amenities. Only issue I had was that the hotel was overbooked and I had no room for the first night when I arrived. Staff apologised, had a room at a nearby hotel booked, and arranged transport. An unfortunate incident but well handled"

"Helpful staff and a fast Chek in. The rooms were small, neat with useful amenities like a kettle and coffee/tea. A hair dryer and iron/ironing board in room. The bar and restaurant in the lobby was bright and comfortable but a little basic. Very satisfied with our stay.."

"Paid for an executive room which had huge comfortable bed, nice bathroom but room itself was no bigger than a lot of standard rooms I've stayed in. Top floor with great view. Beside train station so need to close window at night but no issue with air con. Access to executive lounge which disappointingly had no basic alcoholic beverages but lots of tea/coffee/soft drinks and some snacks. All staff were very pleasant"

"Really helpfully abd pleasant staff , nice reception area and easy check in . Room was small but nice , lots of places to hang clothes abd shelves to place things on . Toilet/shower room basic but all you need and a good shower . Room has air con and mood lighting and the bed was so comfy. We will definitely book again as hood value for money"
