reserva no existente

El hotel es muy lindo y la atencion fue buena, pero tuvimos un inconveniente con la reserva apesar de que aparece por esta pagina de reservas, el hotel niega tener vinculos con hoteles.com por lo mismo tanto mi reserva a pesar de haberla hecho un mes antes de mi viaje no aparecia, menos mal despues de tanto discutir el hotel acepto y nos dejo hospedar por que nos querian mandar a otro hotel, lo cual no me gusto, pensaron que era una pagina suplantada pero les demostre que aparecian hasta en la app que maneja hoteles.com No recomiendo hacer reservas a ese hotel por aca o si la hacen llamen al hotel y verifiquen por que se pueden quedar sin hospedaje
