"Room was very spacious and clean. Check in was done by a kiosk when we arrived after 4 pm it said room was not ready when checking was supposed to be 3 pm. Tried to contact staff via phone per written instructions but no one answered for over 30 mins. Finally someone showed up and got us checked in."
