The receptionist was very nice and quick. We arrived at our room and the heater was on which was nice. We had to call to get another blanket, which was delivered quickly. It would have been handy to have a microwave.

Lovely stay ! 5 minute walk from the main area ! Comfortable and spacious rooms with green all around as if you are in a forest ! Lovely staff at the restaurant and good breakfast too . The reception staff needs training as both the guy and the lady are slow and needed reminders for simple jobs ! Very casual behaviour at reception !
