"Great customer service, good food and clean hotel."

"Hotel was beautiful. Cleans and quiet. Couldn’t have been a bigger contrast between the chaos on the street and the peace in the hotel."

"Very noisy location, and the rooms are in the atrium, so there is traffic noise and trains are constant. The cleaning staff knocks on the door at 7 am to check whether we need the room made up."

"the reception staff are helpfull and the cleaners make the room very clean breakfast also good and to many shops nearby"

"Food very good. Staff really helpful."

"Good place to stay..."

"Smooth check-in and out, clean rooms, helpful staff and family friendly. Only drawbacks are crowded location and lack of in-house restaurants. Pantry with room delivery is available though."

"Welcoming staff and clean and comfortable room."

"Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, camere molto carine, da migliorare la pulizia, anche su richiesta la camera non è stata pulita."

"A estrutura do hotel é boa, os funcionários são super atenciosos. O único ponto ruim foi o barulho do quarto que fiquei. O hotel tem um bar que fica praticamente ao lado, e a noite fazia barulho até a 1 da manhã. Isso não me incomodou algumas noite, mas na última eu queria descansar mais cedo e tive que esperar o barulho acabar."

"Great"

"Clean room, nice staff, hotel in good conditions"

"Have stayed here on a few occasions and would pick this hotel every time I need to stay in this area. The rooms are serviced each day if needed, the staff are both friendly and helpful and will go out of their way to help if they can. The rooms are spacious and well equipped and I found no problems. "

"I would say you get exactly what you paid for here. It’s a cheap hotel. My bedsheets were dirty, my towel had multiple stains, everything was dusty, and the bathroom had leaking water and areas of mold. The only positive thing here was the friendly staff, the food service, and a sweet welcome gesture with snacks and water. Would recommend if you only need a place to leave your luggage. "

"I recently stayed at new Hindustan Backpackers Heaven and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the bathrooms were spotless. The location is excellent and very convenient. The staff were friendly, polite, and always ready to help. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back on my next visit. I highly recommend new Hindustan Backpackers Heaven to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay."

"Good Budget hotel near train station and metro station.room was good and cleaned. Good stay."

"Convenient location, functional rooms, and friendly staff!"

"the stay was fantastic. The staff was very polite,co-opertive and friendly"

"Worst, saw 4-5 rooms and all were having dirty bedsheets and pillows. Didn’t replace bedsheets on the request. Still stayed thinking only need to spend 5-6 hours to sleep. Then cockroache came and vacated it. Stayed only 15 mins. No help from Expedia. Neither Expedia nor Hotel returned the money."
