Perfect location and space

This spot is great for walking into town, it absolutely served its purpose for us! The room space was good, the bed was SO comfortable, but the overall room cleanliness was lacking.

Beautiful location, but dumpy motel populated with loud dogs and locals. Very thin walls. Would not recommend. Staff friendly.

An inexpensive room with what you need. San Juan feels like a classic motel and if thats what you like, its great. Nothing stood out as amazing but there was nothing disgusting either. Slept well on the older beds. Passed on the meager breakfast.

Property is undergoing a renovation. There were some issues while we were there but they are being fixed room by room. The staff was very accommodating and helped us with everything we needed. The “continental breakfast” is cereal. But there are fantastic breakfast places very close within walking distance.

Cute; right on a busy street

The room was fine, nothing spectacular. We slept all right, so it was comfortable enough. We liked the surrounding area, with the river walk and close proximity to the hot springs; we also were able to easily walk to many places to get food. The WiFi sucked; we never were able to connect, and cell service was bad, too, so don’t plan on streaming anything for entertainment!

We stayed in a room adjacent to the office facing the highway. The room was quite clean but the parking lot area was filthy. Mind you, these were the economy rooms. Someone told me the cabins are quite nice. The grounds on the side of the office looked much cleaner.

The floor was filthy! My white socks were so soiled after one pass to the restroom. It literally sounded like whoever was next door was in fact in our room. We could them in their chip bag, snoring, and their tv. The bed was very uncomfortable with just a plain inner spring mattress.

The staff is awesome there. Especially Tiffy. She was so helpful while I was trying to book the room. Only issue we had was next door to us a someone was working on a broke down vehicle the entire time and was a little noisy. Hot water in sink would work off and on. But it's our fault for not having them come and fix it. Overall our trip was great!

The room is very dated and we could hear lots of noise from the room next to us. Could hear noise from the road as well. Every time the neighbors walked next to us, our room would shake. The floor was sticky and room wasn’t very clean. Needs updating. Will not stay here again.

I never give bad reviews but I want to warn others about this place. It was horrible. Broken toilet cracked sink barely water pressure and hardly enough hot water for a shower. Hard bed with yucky bedding, dirty floors

Sh!t hole

Absolutely disgusting. This is the worst hotel. Actually we didn’t even stay, we took the key back to the front and left. Navy blue sheets with stains all over them. Hairs all over the bathroom. Dirty toilet. Just gross. No thanks!!
