"Delicious coffee, comfortable beds"

"We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the bathroom was well-maintained. The breakfast offered a decent variety and was a good start to the day. The location is definitely a plus—it’s within walking distance of Glen Canyon Dam and only about 12 minutes from Antelope Canyon. Overall, a great experience and a convenient place to stay when visiting the area."

"Rooms were big with nice chair and table to relax in as well as a desk and desk chair. Water pressure great unless wanted a Shower! They do allow pets with extra fee. Great location to all the sites!"

"Staff are excellent! Very friendly and helpful. Our room needed some cosmetic work as painters tape was marking the spot on the walls. The bed had a serious dip in it so you feel like you are sleeping in a hole all night."

"Not all units have parking in front and you have to walk around. Seemed to have enough parking however. The room was clean but this is an older hotel. The beds were not very soft and they were very firm but this is a budget hotel and the room was decent for the price paid. We did not eat breakfast here so I cannot comment on that. Lots of dinning options that are great just steps away. Pool area look decent but was not open at the time of our stay. "

"This property has so much potential and was such a wonderful and well maintained location before new ownership. From the moment we entered the lobby that was in disarray and had obviously been neglected, to the unsecured doors accessing guest rooms, very unsettling feeling. The card access doors could be entered 24/7 WITHOUT using room key, basically anyone could enter the hallways, very unsafe. The interior is worn and old, many areas of the walls showed signs of water damage and the floors had a musty smell that Management attempted to difuse by utilizing Glade plug-ins throughout, disgusting. We stayed during the week of March 31, their pool looks pitiful, so dirty and muck filled, smelled terrible. Such a beautiful scenic view, however, Management lacks the understanding of providing an area whereby guests can enjoy the views outside.of guests rooms. No pool chairs or lounge chairs are set up, its all stacked and cluttered and looks terrible. Their free breakfast is a joke, food provided was cold, cheap, and extremely underwhelming. It is obvious that Management does not care about the safety and security of their guests, its really ashame they've let this location become so run down and trashy. "
