"They seem to be in the middle of a renovation, so I’ll try to be fair here. The contactless idea is fine if the process is communicated and setup correctly. I looked everywhere for the office. When I tried to go in, I found it was a construction zone. Someone came from working on the grounds outside and found a paper for me to fill out in order to sign in. Fortunately, I was sent our room code. The instructions were simple enough and the room was recently renovated. The layout and decor were clean and welcoming. A few notes: The front door did not fit the jam, so while it did lock, the door looked like it was always open. The bedside lamps on the wall were not connected to the switch at the base and did not work. The largest issue was the shower drain. It drains very slowly and the edge of the shower is extremely shallow, so unless you want to flood the floor, you can only run the shower for a couple of minutes. I responded to their welcome text saying they were available for any issues, but I didn’t get a response to the shower problem. With a little work, it could be a nice little spot!"
