"Well fitted lounge and kitchen area which was very clean and well presented. Main bedroom was snug, 2nd bedroom would easily accomodare 3 children and bathroom was well fitted but with very temperamental shower. The whole propety was very clean and had the best towells I have ever come across in any accommodation! "on arrival, the property stunk and had bad odour of mice or rats but we did not see any, we found nail clipping on the floor and looked not well cleaned. On the first evening, people arrived at the property and showed us that they also booked the same property and questioned our booking, was awkward and embarcing to my wife and kids. Day 3 while we sat eating we found mice running in the middle of the reception. we left the next morning, one day early. Total miss selling."

"The property was so quaint with excellent location. The staff was very accommodating and Katie was a great help with our luggage We were in the attic bedroom on the highest floor. It was very warm in both bedrooms and all they good give us was one small fan and we had to request that. Two fans are necessary for any comfort."
