Hotels near Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park

"Loved it and the staff were great."

"Building is amazing perched on the hillside and the staff were lovely."

"Sinclair's is an older, well-maintained, and attractive property, with beautiful views of Kanchenjunga. The street leading up to it is steep, and then are stairs leading up to the hotel and more to the rooms (no lift), so you need to be all right with that. (We're over 70 and had no problem.) The staff is lovely and go out of their way to help you. I'd single out Bragya--I hope I have her name right--for exceptional service, helping us find a taxi to Bagdogra at a heavily touristed festival...

"Nice breakfast and view from property "

"It was an amazing experience.. The hotel is a very good location near the mall road. The hotel staff is very friendly and cooperative. It is very decently designed but the only issue we had was the mattress there. Otherwise really good property for the price we paid. highly recommended"

"The location is really good and the service is amazing. The room design is also very spacious and modern looking, with good lighting. I only wish there was AC as it was a bit humid, and the room wasn't as clean as I am used to (some dust, dirt), but for the value it is an excellent stay, and the service of the staff was a highlight."

"Friendly staff and a great view from the balcony of the property."

"The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. 15 minute walk to downtown, food was great, plenty of options "

"ALL OVER GOOD"

"Good property to stay at very good location. Staffs are polite and helpful. Only problem I faced while checking out that they could not find my payment which already made during booking the room on hotels.com.There must have some communication gap between hotel and hotel.com causing unnecessary delay in checking out."

"Very comfortable stay. "

"Great location, walkable to the Toy Train. Many restaurants close by. The hotel was able to organise taxis and sightseeing trips. The staff were very helpful. The restaurant was very busy at breakfast but there was no shortage of food. Would stay again."

"Location is so nice to view the entire train station."

"Well maintained. Good customer service."

"It is very close to shopping center and trail. The only downside are stairs..steep stairs.Person needs to be physically fit to stay in this hotel"

"Room too cold. Cant be adequately heated. Staff refused to give 2nd key to keep heater on . Cockroaches in dining area/table. Staff ignored when cockroaches were pointed out. "

"It’s a nice property located at a walking distance from Mall Road.Enjoyed the stay there.Good hotel and nice staff. They know how to behave with guest always with smiling faces..Will surely recommend others."
