Room: stain on chair. Used wash cloth leftover, wallpaper seam splitting at ceiling. Shower door leaked, a lot. Odd wiring exposed for bathroom light fixtures. Bed, weak. Parking not included, get ready for that. On the flip side, for small room, layout very functional."
