"Estuve por poco tiempo y me hubiera encantado disfrutar mas de las instalaciones, la habitacion estuvo impecable super comoda, el baño igual con agua caliente, todo muy limpio y acogedor, buena cobija para el frio, el restaurante lindo, la comida rica, la atencion muy buena. "Excelente estadía en el corazón de Pasto. Nos quedamos dos noches con nuestros hijos y nos dieron dos habitaciones juntas, algo que el personal confirmó antes de nuestra llegada. La ubicación es perfecta, a pocas cuadras de la catedral y cerca de buenos restaurantes. Habitaciones limpias y cómodas, con calentadores para las noches frías. El desayuno es fresco y preparado al momento. La comunicación rápida y la amabilidad del personal marcaron la diferencia. Muy recomendable. "

"My stay at Hotel El Obelisco was amazing!! The staff is very nice and friendly and always available and willing to help and guide you if you look lost. They pay attention to small details. The restaurant food is really good and fresh. The kitchen staff always make me laugh and feel welcome. Their breakfast buffet is also good and it showcase a real Colombian breakfasts experience. It is very convenient that there if a bank with a ATM next to the hotel in case you beeevto get some money out. I will definitely come back to Hotel El Obelisco on my next trip to Cali. "

"We found that the carpeting was old, dirty and in need of replacing. This hotel allows pets and carpeting is not a good idea. The furniture need to be updated and windows secured better! There is no business center to use or print from. Staff were excellent especially in the restaurant who accommodated us as we traveled for medical reasons."
