"My stayed at this hotel was beautiful the staff, First, when we arrived at the hotel, the room we were given smelled very musty and the pillows were a little stained. We called reception and they immediately changed our room. They even sent chocolates and prosecco to the room to apologize. I loved it — thanks to the management team for the attention and care."

The thing that impressed me the most was the food. Usually at an all inclusive the food is just passable, not good, not bad. But the food at this place was amazing. Shout out to Chef Mercedes, she is a wizard in the kitchen. I would literally return to this hotel just to eat."
