"We found the property to exactly what we needed for one night. It’s large and busy. The wait to check in was very long but the bell man who handled my luggage showed me how to get through the line faster. He was great!"

"The rooms were very spacious and very comfortable and very clean. Everybody was extremely helpful.. the breakfast in the morning was amazing. They have so many different selections.. comfortable beds and friendly staff with a clean environment-can’t ask for much more than that.. five minutes from Pier 39. It was a nice walk great area."

"Great location and a convenient base for exploring San Francisco! We had a great stay at the Holiday Inn during our visit to San Francisco. The hotel was in a fantastic location and made a great base for exploring the city. Our rental car was unfortunately too tall for the hotel’s parking garage, but we found another parking garage just two blocks away, which was really convenient and worked out well for us. The hotel was also close to Pier 39 and other attractions. We decided to leave the car parked and used Waymo taxis to get around the city, which made exploring San Francisco really easy. Overall, a great hotel in an excellent location. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting San Francisco!"

"The property is nice, clean, and an easy location. We loved the bunk bed suites for the kids. The breakfast was good too. The only downside was the walls were not very sound proof - we could hear everything from the rooms next to us. The kids late at night, very early in the mornings, and running back and forth. We have stayed at many hotels in the area and this was the loudest we have had."
