"Last day was nightmare, we had to be at airport went to sleep at 9pm. Room service knock at door at 1020 woke us up had wrong room delivering towels, then a couple was yelling and fighting all night had no sleep call manager 4 time waiving the cost of room she said to call you notes show refund due room 1040"

"We booked a 2 queen bed room for our family of 5 and they let us know at checkin that they only had a 1 king bedroom and they would bring a rollaway bed and wouldnt charge us for it. The rollaway bed was the worst bed ever and the pullout bed was just as bad so we were stuck with 1 bed for us 5. They didnt compensate us or do anything to help out our situation. "

"First half of our trip we faced away from the beach, but it was still a great view. The second half of the trip we had a partial beach view but we still were able to watch the sunset."

"The Riu Fisherman's Wharf was everything we needed: one block from the Wharf, a short 2 blocks to Ghirardelli Square, and convenient to satisfy the reason for our stay - the Monet and Venice exhibition at the de Young Museum. Something we rarely do - had breakfast everyday of our stay in SF at the Riu... and everyday it was excellent!"
