"Our experience was great. Every staff member we encountered was pleasant and helpful, from the hotel operator, reception, hot springs attendants and wait staff. Rooms were spotless and beds very comfortable. The balcony and Keurig machine made it just that much better. We are Returning next week for a night to use the spa as it had been fully booked when we were there."

"We were there for one night before our cruise. It is in a perfect location. Hop on the train at the airport and arrive at the station in front of the hotel. They check your bags in if you’re there before your room is ready and bring them to your room. In the morning they take your bags to the ship for you right from your room. So easy! You just walk down the hallway to the ship easy peasy. There is lots to see and do near the hotel it’s in a very walkable area. The hotel and room is extremely nice."
