"18th floor room was clean and modern. City view was good, but harbour view rooms looked lovely. Only minor negatives were a lack of kettle in the room, and the hot tub was out of use in the pool. Room-only basis so can't comment on breakfast (plenty of options outside within a short walk), Extremely friendly and helpful staff, made our short stay very enjoyable. Great location."

"Rooms were updated and comfortable. Staff was great and very helpful, giving help about food choices in area and help in getting transportation to port for cruises. Loved that they were willing to safely store our luggage when we arrived before our room was ready. The rooftop viewing area is relaxing with a view of the bay, the Space Needle and surround area."
