She offered recommendations for things to do in Seattle and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Her attentive service made our experience even more enjoyable."

"The view at the Pan Pacific is amazing and was definitely a highlight of our stay. However, we found the hotel itself to be a bit dated and in need of some renovations. Given the price per night, we had expected the room to be more modern and better maintained."

"Clean, kind staff, great location. Good value for what we paid. Access to amenities was very nice. We had a bit of a miscommunication with staff about getting our room serviced (they came once during our 4 night stay, even when we explicitly asked them to), but they were quick to at least change our towels. Overall, would recommend and would stay here again."
