Pacific hotel rooms a the La Quinta Inn & Suites

"I had to stay due to my flight being canceled . I felt so safe . The person at the front desk was very attentive to me and ensured me I would be okay ! "

"I went specifically because they had a hot tub. I was very disappointed to find out it was broken. No one let me know beforehand, nor was there a sign posted the it wasn’t working. I had to contact the front desk after going there and trying to get it to work for 30 mins. This was disappointing. Plus they also lost paperwork that I signed when I first got there and had me sign the same paperwork twice because they lost the original. Also my tv remote was broken too. "
