"Check in was a mission requiring check in on line then wait for an emailed code to a lock box which then had the swipes in. Had to ring and remind them to email code after not receiving email"

"Easy to find. The staff were nice. The aircon wasnt very cold and the kitchen wasnt as clean as I would have liked it to be ie microwave, jug and cuntlery were a bit dirty. "

"Accommodation was not as advertised. Advertised as studio cabin with picture of cabin and interior with beautiful furnishings however upon arrival it was a motel style room with older furnishings. Have pictures to show the difference and happy to provide to Expedia as what you’re advertising is not what the accommodation is. Have no complaints about Ingenia or staff just want to warn others that the pictures are not what the accommodation are. We were really disappointed to arrive at the accommodation after hours and find that it was absolutely not what was advertised. "
