"Property is very conveniently located, steps away from the beach and a couple minutes walk into town. This is the best thing about this property. There is no pool or Spa, rooms are nice and clean spacious. Not much else to offer. Make sure you don’t get a headache and need Motrin while you are there they will charge you five dollars for a pack of two Advil! I got 4 advil for $9.50 While checking in we were told to wait, but another couple was given an entire bottle of time to sip while they waited for their rooms they were even asked if they preferred red or white. We were standing right there, but I didn’t want to ask! Would not stay here again, unless I had no other choice!"

"Property was clean and well kept. Pool was clean and they kept plenty of towels stocked up which was a plus given the number of kids there and the high towel usage. The room was LOUD. The AC sounded like an airplane landing in our room. We ended up keeping it off and opening our balcony door for cool air. Breakfast was plentiful, but sausage was undercooked and eggs were the “not sure if they’re real” variety. Plenty of yogurt, fruit, etc as alternate options. Beach access was convenient. Late checkout was an extra charge which was disappointing. Given the very high price of the rooms, an extra hour should have been gratis. "

"Cable didn't work in two different rooms. Third room was great except for the fact there were rude people pounding on wall late at night and when we went to office to complain, they switched us rooms instead of saying something to people in room next door. The room they moved us to had no cable as well. Very frustrating experience to say the least"

"The Terrace Rooms (e.g., #31) here all the 101 Freeway noise throughout the night. Also, loud bass thumping music was heard from the large complex across Monterey Street which made sleeping difficult to impossible through the early morning hours between 3:30 and 8 am,"

"Beautiful facility! Well kept hotel, clean and comfortable. Welcome drinks at happy hour time is what sets them apart. Breakfast is warm."
