"Front desk staff (male) isn't friendly nor helpful when questions are asked, both via phone call and in person. His answers are one worded, belittling and make guests feel like they should figure things out themselves and that our questions are dumb. I'd NOT assign him as a frontline team if you care about leaving good first impression of the property on guests. "
