"The place is amazing, in the middle of the forest, difficult to get there due to road condition, moody road and raining days not a good combination. The place doesn't have a personal to help you. You are at your own. We call for help, we recived text massage only and no one never show up to help us to fix the problem we call for. "Pool was really hot cause of the sun outside but was great but should have more staff there because when I was on the patio I looked down on it and there was a couple who looked like they were doing things they shouldn’t in a pool but other than that rooms were always cleaned and patio area had a great view, great reception staff, and the breakfast staff are the best in my opinion overall great hotel to stay at and will keep using it whenever I go back into town"

"A well maintained hotel with easy access to everything. That said, the room had some issues: the sheets hadn’t been changed when I arrived (there were several hairs and some dirt under the covers), the room had no fridge, tissues, or drawers. AC was okay but didn’t put much out. Decent hotel but not worth the price paid. "

"My last night I got into shower naked ready to take a shower on a cold, windy Pachuca night & no hot water. Got out of the shower. Called front desk, phone not working. Walked into reception @ requested hot water. 2am I asked if water was hot, yes they said. Took a shower with cold water. Water was never hot. Next morning before I checked out, I took another cold shower. How pathetic! Tower holder @ bath not working only towel hook on the wall. WiFi not working. They have several modems throughout but BAD signal everywhere. Nice glass wall facing the street. Amazing view."
