"This property rented a room to us with bloody curtains, shower curtain curtains that do not fit toilet seats that are not connected and cockroaches in the bathroom. Do NOT wrench from this property they should be reported."

"This was a very pleasant and comfortable stay for our family. My daughter turned seven, and she had a great time with other kids in the pool. The staff was very attentive and friendly. I wish there were more towels available at the pool, but that would be my only complaint. "

"Staff was not professional at all, pool was broken during stay and noticed several covered smoke alarms in main hallway. We have stayed here in the past and it has gone downhill in last year. Finally, we had booked an accessible room on Hotels.com and were not given this when checked in. Was a major hassle on customer service with Hotels.com and I will not be using them again; they wanted me to vacate the room after our whole family had moved in to get a refund...this local hotel hasn't gotten back to me yet."
