"Facility is undergoing a remodel and there is construction debris everywhere, pool and other facilities closed. Only second and third floor rooms available and they are charging $200+ a night. Most disappointing is that there is no information on website or vendor sites providing information and you become aware only upon arrival. Place so dirty and disruptive that we refused to stay."

"Pros: Clean, large rooms. Easy check-in, great location- convenient to Miller Ferry to Put-In-Bay. Cons: Breakfast was only average, not that great at all. Many vehicles with trailers took up numerous parking places (one parked across 7 spaces in the front). This is obviously a regular problem, as there are signs posted inside the hotel prohibiting this, but they obviously do not enforce it and it makes it hard on other guests."
