"Our condo was nice and we enjoyed the quiet area. Only complaint would be the sales pitch to buy into their time share at the beginning when you check in. Also one of the hot tubs had the cocking around the edges coming off and it got all over us. The hot tub at the main pool also did not have jets that were working properly. The jets would turn off at a couple minutes and wouldn’t come back on. Other than the amenities need edging fixing everything was nice. The pizza restaurant on the property is really good. "

"We went during the off season. Not many people in town. It is obvious this is an older hotel that has been recently refurbished. They did a fantastic job on the refurbishment. It looks nice. It is incredibly clean. The price for what we got was absolutely unbelievable. We were able to stay 5 nights for the price of two nights most anywhere else. I know that price changes depending on the time of year, but for staying in April it was fantastic. Extremely friendly staff. Decent breakfast. Walls could be thicker or more soundproof but that goes with the age. We actually liked it so much, we ended up staying an extra night than we planned. "

"We had a nice stay at ARKA Motel. We were disappointed the pool was not yet open, but our accommodations were great! Beautiful view of Beaver Lake from our deck! Bathroom fan could be quieter, & our bed was a bit squeaky, management was willing to fix, but we were fine w/ them just knowing about, so they could address after our stay. They also sent us, via text, some of their favorite spots to check out! "
