"Breakfast was good with a pancake maker and hot breakfast options. Pool was quite cold but hot tub was lovely with a spa feature as well. The room was decent with nice comfy bed and decent sized bathroom. Only complaint was the night staff was slightly unhelpful with our complaint of not having a TV remote in our room but we managed to get it resolved pretty quickly. Overall good hotel in a good location,"

"I requested a room in the lower floor due to the power being out and my daughter pregnant. We are on the 8th floor. The lady declined my request. My son in-law went back down and a manager was there and he said of course why didn’t we tell them. The front desk young lady lied and said she didn’t know. I specifically told her because my daughter has already gone in the pre-term labor last week. We like your hotel but that was not a good situation. "
