"The staff was less accommodating when we asked whether our room was ready or if we could check in early. They repeatedly stated that check-in was at 4:00 pm, with no early check-in option. Other hotels we stayed at checked, and usually we were able to check in a couple of hours early."

"This place was amazing. We brought the family and we had ample room and could have house at least 3-4 more people. Clean and all thing in great working order. View was nice and it was handy to everything. We will be back and to be honest will most likely bring more friends and book multiple units so we can have extended family vacations and let other enjoy its peaceful and beautiful views and it’s comfy units. Also, check was beyond easy and the lady was so nice and hospitable. She was a wealth of knowledge and help and explained everything so easy and pleasant. Please try it out, totally worth it and worth the money."

"The staff were very friendly and genuinely seemed to like their jobs! Th y even offered helpful tips since this was our first time staying in Branson. Highly recommend this hotel which is a great value for the money!"
