"I asked to get a room not on the first floor. They told me that that is all they had left for the booking that I have, but if I wanted to get another room, I would have to pay extra and I don’t think that that was right. I booked a room. I should be able to get the same type of room on a different floor so why would I have to pay extra to get it on another floor when you’re telling me you don’t have anything available"

"The property was average to slightly above average. It is apparently going through some renovation at the time of our stay. The renovation might have been part of the issue I describe next. The initial impression of our room was above average but declined. The first time using the bathroom I noticed a bug crawling up the wall. I captured it and dispatched it quickly. It was a silverfish. I did not tell my wife as I felt it was a one-off situation. The next morning as we were about to leave my wife spotted a cockroach crawling along the carpet about a foot from the end of the bed. She dispatched it quickly while saying, "I am glad I did not see that last night"! I am too because we would have been searching for a new place to stay. We can tolerate other small things but not small bugs in our room. Again, it is unfortunate that we had the bugs because we could have rated the property better."

"The room was dirty the curtains were completely stained there was holes in the picture on the wall the walls had stuff on them I had to clean the shower because there was still hair in it from the previous guest where it did not get clean the TV did not work at all I ended up cleaning the entire room just so that I could still sleep there because I knew I would not get a refund zero out of 10 I do not recommend "

"Do yourself a favor and do not stay here. My room had 2 beds. One had a live roach walking on it. I called the front desk and a man with an heavy Indian accent answered. First he had problem understanding what a cockroach was and when I asked for another room, he said that he would call me back. I am still waiting on that call. After a long drive I was loathe to leave and look for another room so I stayed and left in the wee hours of the morning. I hope that roach was the only other occupant in that room. Only time will tell. Also it’s very difficult to find the access road to that hotel. I missed it twice. "
