"Requested non-smoking room with two beds. Only had smoking room. Room had nasty looking walls, floors and looked unsanitary plus the bathroom had water stains and mold."

"The room itself was both dated and rundown. There is a $10 key deposit, though if you stay less than two nights they don’t charge it. The property does have a laundromat on site, but it’s not secured, so there’s a high chance your clothes could be stolen while unattended.
Inside the room, the sheets and covers had holes, and I ended up using my own bedding (which I keep in my car since I travel often). There were bugs, and the bathroom looked moldy, giving off a crime-scene vibe you’d expect from a CSI or Law & Order set.
Noise is definitely an issue—light sleepers should avoid this place, but even deep sleepers will probably wake up at the sound of shouting or loud bangs, which are frequent. The door locks did work, but only after fiddling with them a bit.
On the positive side, the room included a mini fridge and a chair, but no desk. The Wi-Fi was slow but functional.
Overall, I would only recommend this place if you’re on a tight budget and don’t mind a very rough stay."
"Diamond in the rough. This was a first time staying in a house instead of a hotel. Pulling into the neighborhood the family was a bit weary. Kids fighting. Skunk smell about. But I noticed one of the neighbors had an Astrovan with big chromed out wheels so I was pumped! House was great and we loved it. Very comfy and would recommend again."
