"The hotel and room were clean. Most staff were very helpful and pleasant except for the young lady at checkout. Was not friendly at all! Breakfast was good! The towels and washcloths were very cheap. Thin and hard. I would recommend bringing your own. The hotel was in a great area. I would recommend but don’t forget your towels and washcloths!"

"The only thing I would say is you really need more help with us getting the luggage to the rooms. My left knee was not working well that day. It was hard to push the cart on the carpet. I am a senior citizen. I truly loved the hotel and the Owing area. I wioild stay here again. I will need help with the cart. Have a blessed day."

"Room was very spacious, everything was clean and ready for use, WiFi was easy to set up, pool was heated and clean, clean towels were refilled daily in pool area. Breakfast was delicious daily and Adam at the front desk went above and beyond to assist myself and my family. All the staff were pleasant and immediately helped with anything needed, all parking areas are located next to a door that could be accessed with your room key. 10/10 definitely will recommend and will visit again"
