"Staff, her name was Sam was very warm, welcoming and accommodating. The TV in our room was not working well so Sam transfered us right away to a different room. Room was clean and very spacious. Wifi was very good. Breakfast had variety and some hot food. There was a pool but we did not use it. Wish we had more days in this hotel. Highly recommend and location is perfect, close to interstate with many eating facilities + shopping."

"Hotel was clean and smelled great. The concierge was helpful with all my question. Room was great and ac worked well. Beds were comfy and had a microwave & fridge. And a nice continental breakfast. It worked for one night and I would come again and stay for longer if needed."

"The room we were initially given had a noticeable musty odor, a section of carpet that was elevated and not flush with the floor, and a couch that was covered in stains. We brought these issues to the front desk and were moved to a second room. The second room was better overall, but the musty smell returned, and it took several hours for the room to cool down to a comfortable temperature. My suspicion is that the AC may be being turned off when rooms are unoccupied and only turned on shortly before guests arrive. If that is the case, it could explain the musty smell and why the room took so long to cool down. In this kind of heat, an AC system that has been off for an extended period is going to have a difficult time quickly bringing a room down to a comfortable temperature. Overall, the staff did address our concerns by moving us to another room, but the condition of both rooms was disappointing and made for a less-than-ideal stay."
