Assigned parking is excellent, we know we have a spot every time we decided to drive our car around town, unlike with major hotels, parking is often full. The top floor is amazing with fantastic mountain views. Stairs were not an issue even bringing in groceries. Very clean and modern with tons of space to hang out, cook and enjoy meals.

Everything was fantastic! The property was under some construction with interlocking brick being replaced but that's to be expected in the summer season. The unit was clean, comfortable and everything was excellent. We will definitely stay here again!

Cozy Place to Stay

The resort is conveniently located right next to Blue Mountain activity centre. The layout is very practical and suits big families. Very cozy setting. The communication with the management team is very efficient. The only downside is unit might need some upgrades.

(112) Everything was perfect, super organized! My kids loved this apartment. The only thing is the bathroom, especially the bathtub, needs to be renovated. We will definitely return as soon as possible. Highly recommended.

Amazing Stay!

Amazing place to stay. We came as a family for our summer vacation. It was amazing! Lots of room. Next time I would not stay on the 3rd floor as the dogs did not like the stairs. We had fun and many walks. It is awesome being close to Blue. The kitchen was stocked so we saved money on homemade meals too. Great entertainment on rainy days too.

Everything was great. It was clean. The bed seemed a little dirty where the pillows are. There was some dust there which I thought hadn’t been cleaned. Otherwise everything else was clean and tidy.

The bedroom is in a really weird spot with low ceilings right nexto to a loud heating unit. The living room is beautiful but the layout of the bedroom is not the best. The sauna that is out of order also makes the space feel very creepy. The back patio door opens right into the ski lifts which was nice. The parking garage was incredibly icy with thick ice and needs to be cleaned in my opinion. The most important was how the heating unit was making a banging noise which made it difficult to sleep at night. It needs to be fixed.

Nice place, common area is beautiful but lighting is poor on bedroom and bathroom. No where to put your toiletries. But the worst was the mattress. I have experienced bed bugs. I always check mattress at rentals for signs of bed bugs and what I saw was so disgusting I did not want to sleep on the bed. One rental could pay to replace that mattress.

Do not stay here until the construction is complete! This is a complete construction zone. This is an accident waiting to happen. Even the construction guys were shocked that we were staying there- they said it was a liability for us to be walking through. Nails and building material all over the walkway and on our door mat. This property should not be rented!

Overall, we had a great stay at Cachet Crossing. It's unfortunate that the property is no longer owned by Blue Mountain and there is no access to the pool. Other than that, the room was very clean and spacious. We did have some issues with loud music after 11 pm and had to call in multiple noise complaints until 2 am. Property Valet was very professional and talked to us about the noise the following day. No blame to put on them as they completely understood the situation and made multiple attempts to call blue mountain security. It was just an unfortunate situation where blue mountain security did not act quickly and and we had no choice but to call the police. A word of caution that there are major renovations going on at the complex, and you will see tons of garbage outside. We did see some glass and nails on the ground near our unit, but Property Valet made it right by sweeping up the exterior of the unit. Despite the issues listed, we had a great time and would stay at the property again for a future visit.
