"Friendly staff, everything was very clean and smelled fresh. Breakfast was pretty good. The only thing I would change was pillows were small for King bed. "

"Very disappointed…. once arrived and unpacked. No where does it mention the Hot Tub is OUT OF SERVICE! The front desk lady didn’t mention anything either! You would think this would be listed on the front page, informing guests that the hot tub is not in use. Furthermore, we chose Homewood Suites,not only for the hot tub, but for the outdoor courtyard, that included a propane fire pit, which was also Out of Service! How can the top 2 amenities be out of service with no warnings or communication with guests?!?! A Hilton Brand Hotel should not be hiding or disclosing this kind of important information. Please do better! There was also an old piece of cake on top of the refrigerator, hiding behind the ice bin(picture attached)"

"Between leases, I stayed here for a week, and I'd live here if I could! In addition to the cost per night, here's what's great: clean, spacious room, cozy bed, great pillows, HOT water, great water pressure, helpful, friendly staff, pet friendly (large dogs welcome), an abundance of easily accessible amenities (food pantry, lockers with pizza oven/toaster/even a food processer), convenient location, easy parking, and quick accessibility to everything in Bloomington. Added bonus if you're outdoorsy, the property is nestled near a huge patch of woods with endless walking trails, a creek, and even a couple of waterfalls. I will 100% stay here when I visit friends & family. I work remotely, and will even consider coming here for a week or two when I need an escape from the City, but don't want to take paid time off. The only negative point I will mention is that the refrigerator in my room freezes everything, even at the least cold setting. Stay here. You will not be disappointed."

"This was my first stay and I was simply delighted. The property was lovely and full of charm. The rooms are each unique which is a bit refreshing compared to standard hotel stays. The common spaces are quite enjoyable whether you are journaling on the front porch by the fountain or watching the sunset from a rocking chair. It's very walkable to local food, shops, and downtown. Ruthie serves up a wonderful breakfast with delightful conversation."

"Stayed for graduation night but only out of necessity. Wouldn’t recommend unless you need to be there! Staff was great, breakfast was fine but very very tired property. Also mattress was saggy and bed squeaky :("

"Hotel is a little dated, but very clean and you cannot beat the location if visiting the IU campus. Staff was very friendly. I would definitely stay here again when visiting campus based on this experience!"
