"The only reason we stayed here was due to the water park. We found out when we got there that it was an additional $18 a day fee. They were very ride about this. When we checked the add for expedia we found it in the fine print there is a surcharge. This is extremely misleading. Also checking in was a disaster, it took forever to get checked in since the staff was not very efficient. The cleanliness was very poor. With all the other places to stay go somewhere else. Expedia has never steered me wrong before, this time it was a regrettable stay!"

"Booked a room ( large king) for three people- 2 adults and a teen grandson who had an early morning flight out, The sofa bed was not set up. The bathroom lacked the amenities I expected at a Hyatt. The lighting was very bright with no dimmer ability. The room was showing it’s age. The housekeeping staff was very efficient in helping to get the bed made up."

"The room was clean. You can tell the hotel is older but it’s being maintained. The room was clean but it’s old furniture as far as the desk and chair. I wish the mirror was in the actual room and not on bathroom door. I also suggest better lighting in the room. It’s very dim. Will refer the hotel to others "

"The pool, kiddie area and hot tub was very excellent. I wish they had a bigger game room. All in all my stay was great and I would use this hotel again. Hotel rooms were very clean and I was able to check in early thankfully. Staff are very welcoming and offered us some delicious cookies. "
