"My room was clean and had everything I needed. Although she told me at check-in, they were having problems with the thermostat, they had made alternative accommodations for heat and everything was satisfactory. I enjoyed breakfast at the hotel one morning. I found the reception staff to be above and beyond helpful during my stay. The location of this hotel could not have been more perfect to enjoy some of the beautiful sites areas of Oviedo."

I also want to recognize the young woman in charge of breakfast, whose positive energy and dedication to service brighten up the mornings.
