"Went for a night as a family of three for the end of the summer holidays. My son loved the pool and waterslide. The woodland area was great. We ran out of time for mini golf and other activities. Breakfast was amazing. Room was clean, bright and spacious. Staff were friendly. Loved it. We will be back."

"We had a wonderful 2 night stay - staff was helpful and very friendly. We received an upgraded room upon registration. The room was spacious and comfortable! The breakfast buffet was also very good. Parking was easy at a ground car park a block or so away ... and the hotel was within walking distance of all the 'old city' sites (e.g., Richard III visitor center, cathedral, Roman sites, etc.). Would absolutely recommend and stay again. Thanks to all the staff at the hotel."

Staff would greet us in the lobby and ask how our day was going, and one waiter even remembered our order from the previous evening. These small touches made us feel valued and well looked after throughout our stay. The combination of professionalism, friendliness, and genuine care created a unique atmosphere that made our visit special.
