I was given an "upgrade" from a two-queen room to a king suite with a king bed and a fold-out bed. I was told blankets and pillows would be delivered so the fold-out would be usable, which, by the way, would require moving furniture to do so. Room was clean but some items needed repairs mostly in the bathroom. Also, be ready for charges not listed like daily parking and a $75 dollar a day for incidents held upon arrival that may or may not happen
