"I had a lovely stay here with my mum. We had the siena suite and it was exceptionally clean and as per the photos. Was really nice to have the terrace and kitchenette aswell. "We booked a two night stay at the Swan's Nest. It is obvious the hotel is going through a refurb, as there were workmen outside working on the various entrances. So the ground floor was a little dusty from the work, but easily forgiveable as the hotel is obviously refreshing itself. The reception/lobby area obviously has received the benefit and looks fabulous. And the Bistrot was equally visually lovely. Staff were very helpful, making suggestions of where to go, and were very discreet during our check-in. The room, itself, was perfectly good, comfortable and the bathroom facilities were good as well. Didn't a hear a sound outside the door or the window, which contributed greatly towards a good night's rest. Overall, no complaints and would stay again whenever back up in Warwickshire."
