"Spacious room. Great view. Nice hot shower. The quality of breakfast was unfortunately lacking. The fact that the only refrigerator, coffee machine and water dispenser are in the service room downstairs is quite inconvenient; and the “hot tub” was outside of the building in the open area made it practically unusable during Colorado winter. "The staff was very friendly. We loved our cabin, and wish there was more snow to take advantage of all the amenities. We were able to hike right outside the property and also did hot springs and tubing. We will definitely be back to this hidden gem in summer!"

"This place needs serious updates, wifi is terrible, tennis courts and area outside of hotel is not taken care of at all. The room wasn’t cleaned very well, good thing we got some cleaning supplies to clean. All the bedding was old and also the carpet, very musky smell. Our room had no fridge, microwave or extra towels. Definitely not worth the price for only 2 nights and you are at least 15mins from Estes Park, very nice drive but it’s very inconvenient if you are staying busy through out the day, especially if you need to go back to the hotel for something. I’m sorry but I will not be returning, mainly because they seem like they just don’t care and overcharge. Not worth it, specially if you have kids."
