Hotels near Outlets at Castle Rock

"Everything was great - except it's the noisiest hotel I've ever stayed in. The I25 is right to the west, and noisy, but not bad compared to the motorcycles (?) trucks (?) and boy racers (?) that comfortable congregate in the parking lots until 3am, revving engines, honking horns. It doesn't help that the windows are old and don't really seal noise at all. And that's all with earplugs. So - if you are going to stay here, only do that if you are guaranteed a room on the east side, or maybe the courtyard. And maybe it's only Saturday nights. But I wouldn't take the chance of staying here again unless I knew."

"Soon as you walk into the room you feel as if you got scammed. Similar to ordering something from Temu. Rooms is fairly clean but that is bare minimum. Does come with a stove top as advertised but be prepared to purchase or rent out cookware, plates, eating utensils, etc. This rooms has zero essentials! The sink handle was completely broken off and management left a note on my vehicle claiming the emissions were disturbing other customers. That being my rental 4 cylinder jeep… Do yourself a favor and choose another hotel. Dont make the same mistake as I.."

"This was our first time staying there. It is a very nice hotel and honestly don’t have any complaints about it. The staff was very professional and kind. Breakfast was good and hot with lots to choose from. Not like you ordinary, continental breakfasts. Our room was nice and spacious. We stayed for 4 Nights. Everything we did during our stay was within a 30 minute drive. For the Denver area that’s not bad. We will definitely stay here again. "

"Room was dirty, staff was rude (other than the Spa employees who are not even employed by the hotel), the room service was impossible to get through to. Overall I was treated not well at this hotel. I was expecting much nicer facilities for the amount of money I paid. I will never stay here again."

"My only disappointment was the need to pay to park my car in a parking lot around the hotel. $15 was a lot to add to each nights stay and unless we are paying for someone who patrol the area to ensure the of our car, belongings and persons are safe it is just another way for Hyatt to make $ off their customers "
