Gostei mas poderia ser bem melhor, tal como descrever que se trata de um imóvel rústico e bem antigo, no local deveria ter alguém pra contar história do local , oferecer algum serviço de passeio ou até mesmo contar da região , agora no último dia de minha estadia que ficamos sabendo de um show ao vivo que teria porque minha esposa foi pegar uma água quente que nem isso o pessoal se atentou em avisar! Mas voltaria novamente!

Fuja! Paguei por duas noites. Dormi lá a primeira porque cheguei já no início da noite, é longe e não tinha para onde ir com minha família. No outro dia fui embora logo após o café da manhã. A impressão que tive é que pegaram um lugar abandonado há tempos, deram um mel de coruja e colocaram para funcionar. Penso que confundem rústico com velho. A única coisa boa são os funcionários, sempre simpáticos. No quarto que ficamos portas e janelas velhas, mal assentadas. Entrava vento gelado pelas frestas. No dia faziam 10 graus com sensação térmica de 6. Não havia qualquer tipo de aquecedor. O café da manhã é servido em um local minúsculo e apertado. Para servir no aparador, quem estava sentado na mesa ao lado tinha que levantar. Não tinha mesas para todos os poucos hóspedes no café da manhã. Sem variedade. O básico do básico. A estrutura do hotel é toda velha. Precisa de muito investimento para ficar satisfatório. Haviam duas senhoras, coitadas, que o chuveiro não esquentava. Estavam há dois dias sem tomar banho. Procuraram o dono da pousada, mas não resolveram. Um absurdo disponibilizar um local desses para hospedar.

Nossa estadia na Pousada Capricho dos Astúrias foi maravilhosa,lugar lindo,café da manhã delicioso, banheira de hidromassagem quentinho.Quero destacar o atendimento da Alejandrina, Marineide,Meire e do dono Sr . Manoel ,super atenciosos e gentis.Com certeza já estou indicando a amigos, e, assim que possível pretendo voltar. Excelente!!!!

O quarto encontrava-se em condições precárias, com forte cheiro de mofo, ausência de ar-condicionado e falta de limpeza adequada. As piscinas estavam visivelmente sujas, com água escura, impróprias para uso. As áreas externas apresentavam mato excessivamente alto,.demonstrando falta de manutenção e cuidado com as instalações.

Pior experiência q já tive e olha q viajo muito me hospedo muito essa pousada não tem estrutura nenhuma pra receber hóspedes eu reservei 2 quartos um parecia casa pau a pique o outro o chuveiro e a banheira não funcionava fiquei de 14 h até 18 tentando ligar não esquentava nada ai me passaram o um quarto muito inferior do q paguei e lá quando deu 23h entrou pelo telhado um gambá enorme q já morava lá eu saí correndo até de calcinha pra pousada afora um escuridão matagal não achava se quer um funcionário foram momentos de muito terror tivemos q arrombar um outro quarto q tinha lá p ficarmos até o amanhecer e detalhe não tinha funcionários nessa pousada nem na recepção nem nada a esposa do caseiro q faz o café da manhã q apesar de ser uma pessoa muito prestativa e boa não tem nada haver c isso mais o café da manhã tbm da pousada não condiz c um lugar p receber hóspedes só sei q vivi um pesadelo mais em fim agradeci quando cheguei em casa dei até mais valor p minha casa.. essa q diz ser uma pousada nunca mais .

Pura ilusão- não recomendável

É vendido um hotel magnífico porém de difícil acesso, a gestão do hotel é por whatsapp, não há nenhum gerente ao vivo . Café da manhã péssimo ( margarina e bolinho Pullman) Não existe um restaurante, existe uma cozinheira que faz sua comida e demora bastante.... No geral o hotel carece de segurança, conforto e funcionários para tudo . O hotel é caro demais e o serviço horrível .

Foi muito boa. Somente nosso chuveiro não funcionava no quente. Mas já comunicamos o Tiago, que disse já estar fazendo um levantamento dos quartos que tinham algum problema e agradeceu o comunicado. Lugar calmo e tranquilo. Uma volta ao passado.

A pousada é acolhedora e tem um ambiente muito agradável, mas acho que peca na falta de atenção aos detalhes... O chuveiro é muito forte (chega a machucar mesmo), o atendimento do restaurante é bem falho - acredito que por falta de staff na pousada - e várias coisas que estavam descritas no cardápio não estavam disponíveis. Na primeira vez que pedimos uma porção de filé com fritas, o pedido demorou mais de 1h30 pra sair. O superior nos deu uma cortesia de caldos pra compensar e ficou tudo bem. Mas no dia seguinte tentei pedir uma pizza e a funcionária me disse que não tinha mais, pois eles só faziam 2 pizzas por noite. Além disso a pousada ficou completamente vazia (sem funcionários) no domingo à noite e quando eu cheguei no meu apartamento, não havia luz. Os funcionários são muito queridos e tem muita boa vontade, mas esperava um pouco mais de zelo durante nossa hospedagem.

Estive com minha esposa no capricho asturiano do dia 01/05/2025 até 03/05/2025 e a nossa experiência foi ótima, funcionários educados e atenciosos, ambiente bastante aconchegante, a natureza do lugar é linda, piscina tanto natural como aquecida, opções de quartos com hidromassagem, nossa estadia foi maravilhoso e certamente voltaremos!
