Nos hospedamos na Biz & Biu há 2 anos e tivemos uma ótima experiência. Decidimos nos hospedar novamente e verificamos que, de lá pra cá, continua com a mesma excelência no atendimento, café da manhã está até melhor, equipe muito educada, instalações em ótimo estado de conservação. É uma ótima pousada para quem quer descansar, pois está localizada em uma região silenciosa e sem muvuca, mas, ao mesmo tempo, próxima a tudo.

A nossa experiência foi razoável.

O quarto é confortável, tem uma mini sala e uma cozinha independente. Quando chegamos, o quarto não parecia muito limpo, lençóis manchados e o chão da cozinha estava sujo. Pedi para limpar e eles atenderam a minha solicitação. O maior problema do quarto acho que é o banheiro, é minúsculo e muito úmido, fica molhado o tempo todo, o espelho nem deu para usar, pois não desembacava. O atendimento dos funcionários da pousada foi ótimo, atenderam a tudo que pedimos na hora, muito simpáticos. Se nao fosse a questao do banheiro, ficava hospedada lá novamente.
